What do I need to prepare for my appointment?
To ensure we can access and treat your End-Of-Lease service correctly, we need following to be ready:
- Make sure any dogs are secured and away from the house perimeter for our safety and your pets.
- We are the last to enter the property so make sure all items are out of the home, all cleaning has been done and lawns mowed.
- Once payment has been made, we will provide a receipt to assist in your Bond Refund.
- While we are treating the internals of your home, you will need to vacate for your safety. Your technician will advice a safe time to return for any reason, normally 2 hours after treatment.
